Meat Specialist

About the role

Become a Meat Specialist or Butcher and join the supermarket floater team at Singapore largest Supermarket Chain. This full-time role requires to travel islandwide and will see you working in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in all things meat-related.

Requirements:

  • Butcher Supervisor - 3 years Beef butcher and 2 years supervisory experiences

  • Meat Cutter - 1 year meat cutting experience especially Beef.

  • Experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for food packaging.

  • Able to read and interpret product labels

  • Strong knowledge of meat preparation, handling techniques, and food safety standards

  • Rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • able to travel islandwide as a support individual

Work Schedule:

  • Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM

  • 6-day work week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
