Meat Specialist (Delicato) - Hougang

Job Scope:

• Drive sales and profitability by managing visual merchandising, product range, and shrinkage.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of meat products, processing, and servicestandards.
• Supervise and mentor skilled cutters assigned to the counter.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (candidates with less experience may beconsidered).
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety.
• Ability to read product labels and follow safety standards.
• Service-oriented team player.
• Able to carry loads and climb ladders for stock replenishment.
• Available for 6-day work weeks and rotating shifts.

Working Hours: 6 days per week (including weekends and Public Holidays); rotating shifts (7:00AM – 3:20 PM & 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM)

Permenant Full-Time Role

Salary: $3194-$3355/month
