Mechanical Design Engineer

📍 Work Location: Kaki Bukit

🕘 Work Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

💰 Salary: Basic Up to $ 6,500 based on experience + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Description

• Design and develop semiconductor components, tooling, and precision parts
• Create 2D and 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications
• Support projects from concept development through production implementation
• Build and test prototypes, analyze results and improve designs
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement teams
• Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Provide technical support for existing products and resolve production issues
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation and project records
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and semiconductor processes
• Experience with precision component and tooling design
• Understanding of Design for Manufacturability and quality standards
