Job Description
- 4–6 Years Experience
- Provide Level 2 support for Java applications
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
- Support RCA and issue resolution
- Work with SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate rollback activities during failed deployments
- Update configuration documentation
- Restart and monitor batch jobs
Required Skills
- Understanding of Java, JavaScript, SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in production support (preferred)
- Familiarity with batch processing and application monitoring
