Mid-level Application Support Engineer (L2)

Job Description

  • 4–6 Years Experience
  • Provide Level 2 support for Java applications
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
  • Support RCA and issue resolution
  • Work with SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate rollback activities during failed deployments
  • Update configuration documentation
  • Restart and monitor batch jobs

Required Skills

  • Understanding of Java, JavaScript, SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in production support (preferred)
  • Familiarity with batch processing and application monitoring

Must-Have

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
