Job Summary
Join a new cocktail bar at Liang Seah Street, delivering guest-first hospitality through bartending, hosting, and floor service in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks accurately to meet guest preferences
- Host and engage guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage food and floor service efficiently to ensure smooth operations
- Support events by contributing to a lively and enjoyable environment
- Deliver thoughtful, guest-first hospitality during every shift
- Rotate weekly through roles including hosting, bartending, and floor leadership
- Collaborate closely with company founders to learn and grow professionally
- Foster a team culture of support, shared responsibility, and positive attitude
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate as a mandatory requirement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate confident communication skills with strong command of English
- Exhibit a warm, outgoing, and personable demeanor
- Show a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Maintain a guest-first mentality and natural hospitality approach
- Adapt comfortably to fast-paced environments and late-night shifts

Working Hours

Remuneration Package
- Salary range: $2,700-$3,200 based on experience
