Barista
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle POS transactions
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, food items, and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow health, safety, and food-handling regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts
- Open and/or close the café according to schedule requirements
- Consistently create latte art
- Provide customer feedback to managers if any.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum "N' or "O' level, Professional Certificate or any other related discipline to Food & Beverage Services Management
- 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in hospitality or F&B
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reporting to work punctually, as and when roster assigned
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision with team-oriented
- Customer-oriented and service focus
- Good knowledge in various types of coffee and tea
- Able to work 6 days’ work week
- Food & Hygiene certificate
