Customer Service Executive (Sea Freight)
Salary: $2800 - $4000
Working Days: 5 days, 8.45am-6pm, 1 half Sat (9.30am-12pm) once in every 3 months
Location: Marymount
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales department
- Coordinate between customers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
- Prepare documentation for import, export, transshipment, and delivery order (D/O) release
- Verify all related costs and charges
- Handle customer enquiries on freight rates, shipment tracking, and related matters
- Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes
Requirements:
- Min 1 - 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding is required for this position.
