Office and Sale Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners via phone, email, and walk-ins

  • Handle general office administration, documentation, and record keeping

  • Manage schedules, meetings, office supplies, and internal coordination

  • Support sales operations by handling enquiries and preparing quotations and proposals

  • Coordinate closely with sales, pre-sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow

  • Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data

  • Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and client requests in a timely manner

  • Assist with invoicing and preparation of sales reports

  • Support sales and marketing activities as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales or related field

  • At least 2 to 3 years of prior experience

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills and strong attention to detail

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office

  • Meticulous, responsible, able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Command good on written and spoken English and Mandarin
