Office Manager and IT Operations
You will lead and run day-to-day office operations for the Singapore office, handling administrative tasks, supplies, vendor coordination, visitor reception, event support and workplace safety. You will also serve as first line IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software, setting up devices and accounts for onboarding and offboarding, maintaining IT asset inventory, coordinating with external IT vendors, and supporting basic macOS and security practices such as MFA and device encryption.
Responsibilities
- Manage all administrative and general office needs
- Order and stock supplies and snacks and manage the lunch program
- Oversee local vendors and contractors and ensure service levels
- Serve as primary contact with building management for facility needs
- Partner with Executive Assistants and leadership on event planning
- Work with HR and People Operations on local perks and benefits programs
- Greet visitors and provide a warm professional experience
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements
- Promote positive office culture and foster engagement
- Support AV setup and meeting room functionality
- Serve as first line IT support for hardware, software, WiFi, printers, email and video conferencing
- Handle IT onboarding and offboarding including account provisioning, permissions and device setup
- Maintain IT asset inventory and track company devices
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or MSPs and escalate complex issues
- Support basic security practices including MFA setup, access control and device encryption
- Maintain IT documentation and simple troubleshooting guides
- Provide basic macOS troubleshooting and hands on technical support
Requirements
- 5+ years of office operations facilities or workplace management experience
- Basic IT support experience in a professional environment
- Familiarity with macOS and common workplace tools and platforms
- Experience working with property management teams
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Detail oriented problem solver with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross functional teams
- Comfortable communicating with and supporting leadership stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for new ideas and technologies
