Office Manager
Oversee and assist in the day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Ensure company practices are aligned with current Singapore employment laws and regulations
Manage full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM guidelines
Supervise and support daily administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents
Provide support for other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
