Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the administration and support various departments
• Handling office administrative duties and paperwork which includes dataentry, copying, scanning & attending to e-mails, etc.)
• Update and maintain proper filing systems and records.
• Coordinate with colleagues to achieve department goals.
• Other Ad hoc Duties assigned.
Requirement
• Bachelor degree from a recognised university
• FRESH candidates welcome. 1-2 years of relevant experience an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft office an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong motivation and good attitudes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision
