On the Job Trainee - Finance
Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter invoices, expense reports, and transactions into accounting software.
- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and invoices.
- Financial Reporting: Support the team in preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for audits.
- Administrative Support: Handle clerical duties, filing, and organization of financial records.
- Analysis: Perform basic financial analysis, such as monitoring monthly spend vs. budget.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is essential.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Documentation: Must often provide an endorsement letter from the school and a validated registration form.
