OP Officer

Responsibilities:

· Handle back-officeaccounting operations, data maintenance, and document management.

· Process remittances,cross-border payments, and SWIFT transactions.

· Perform settlement andreconciliation for treasury, foreign exchange, and securities transactions.

· Conduct credit reviewsupport and prepare management reports.

  • Liaise with internal departments, Head Office, and external parties on operational matters.
  • Support system testing, process improvements, and operational projects when required.

Qualifications for the position include:

· At least 1 year ofexperience in banking operations, back-office processing, or related functions.

· Degree or Diploma inBanking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relateddisciplines.

· Able to communicate withHead Office in Taiwan and Taiwanese clients.

· Knowledge of Singaporebanking regulations will be an advantage.
