Job Description

• Lead and supervise manufacturing technicians in the cell to achieve product quality and customer delivery targets.
• Manage daily output targets, operational efficiency, and productivity of the production cell.
• Monitor workload and demand trends (3–6 months outlook) to support production scheduling and material release planning.
• Ensure compliance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to achieve optimal machine uptime.
• Lead and support operational activities including planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, attendance, and disciplinary standards within the team.
• Support coaching, training, and development of manufacturing technicians

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or precision engineering environment preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and process controls.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a team effectively.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (including bi-monthly rotation).
