Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple outlets day to day operation and sales

- Able to manage, coach and motivate sales and therapist team to achieve target and KPI

- Manage and make sure customers satisfaction are meet

- Manage customer complaints

- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback

- Outlet administration duty

- Other ad-hoc duties when required


Requirements:

- Experienced in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service and Administrative duties

- Excellent customer service with good communication & Interpersonal skills

- Responsible, Positive work attitude and with good Initiative

- Prefer applicants with relevant experience in the Beauty Industry

- Able to work retail hour
