Operation Supervisor

The Role

Weatherford is seeking an Operations Manager to lead ISDT operations across Indonesia. This role is responsible for planning, organising and managing field operations to ensure safe, high-quality and financially strong service delivery.

You will work closely with internal teams, customers and senior leadership to drive operational performance, manage risk, support business development and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for safety, service quality, P&L, personnel, assets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and management of field operations
• Drive safety leadership, compliance and service quality standards
• Manage crew utilisation, asset utilisation and inventory requirements
• Support customer relationships, bids, pricing and business opportunities
• Provide technical support to field teams and customers
• Review job performance, delivery tickets and end-of-well data
• Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting and P&L performance
• Lead, coach and develop field personnel and operational teams
• Collaborate across Sales, Service Quality, Operations and support functions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7+ years’ relevant operations experience
• 2+ years’ P&L experience
• Experience managing day-to-day operations and product-related projects
• Strong understanding of ISDT / product line operations
• Good understanding of HSE, Service Quality, Engineering and Sales
• Ability to manage customers, budgets, resources and field delivery
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation
• Fluent English
