Operations (Admin Assistant)
Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative and support services to smoothen the Operations processes such as to create sales orders/ purchase requests/ delivery orders/ invoices/ etc.
- Liaise with relevant departments when necessary in order to meet order requirements.
- Perform data entry, sorting and ensure proper filling system.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to converse in simple English and Mandarin (so as to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates).
- Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
- 5 days working.
