Operations Assistant, Account Management Team (12 Months Contract)
Responsibilities
- Reviewing of account opening and ensure all documentations are in order upon opening, eg: Individual, margin, SBL, Corporate and Estate.
- Client onboarding data entry eg: account opening, static updates.
- Able to perform clerical functions of scanning, uploading of documents into databases and packing the files for storage in warehouse.
- Provide administrative support to team members as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
- Provide advice to TR/Marketer relating to existing and new account opening as well as static data input.
- Ensure all the CDD and source of wealth corroboration documentations received are in place.
- Provide support to other team regarding checking of signature updates.
- Prepare and manage daily and monthly client statements.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Requirements

- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: GCE O Level/ A Level and above
- Experience in Financial industry is not compulsory but a plus.
