OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, efficient and accurate service to all customers.
  • Take food and beverage orders, handle cashiering and POS transactions.
  • Preparing drinks and assisting with basic food preparation.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the outlet each day.
  • Ensure FOH cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth flow of operations.
  • Manage stock inventory.
  • Attend to customer feedback and escalate service issues when needed.
  • Adhere to all company SOPs and health/safety requirements.
  • Standard 44 hour work week on a rotating shift including weekends and public holidays.
  • Open to discussing specific shift arrangements during the interview.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of F&B experience (counter service, café, stall or restaurant).
  • Familiar with basic FOH duties such as order-taking, cashiering, etc.
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays and on rotating schedule.
  • Willing to learn and take on various tasks in a hands-on environment.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills and a team player.
