Operations Executive
The Operations Executive will support the Sales & Marketing Manager in managing day-to-day operations and creative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across operations, coordination, and creative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Support
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing operational plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project implementation
- Track operational timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Menu Management & Coordination
- Assist with menu uploads to internal systems/platforms
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (kitchen, vendors, schools) to ensure menu accuracy and updates
- Ensure timely updates and resolve basic operational issues related to menus
Sales & Marketing Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales and marketing initiatives
- Assist in preparing basic reports, presentations, and coordination for campaigns
A&P / Creative Support
- Assist the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) team with creative tasks, including:
- Basic video recording and photography
- Supporting content creation for marketing materials
- Coordinating simple design needs with internal or external designers
- Help organize and manage creative assets (photos, videos, files)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in operations, marketing support, or coordination roles (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Familiarity with basic design or content tools is a plus
