Operations Executive
The Operations Executive will support the Sales & Marketing Manager in managing day-to-day operations and creative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across operations, coordination, and creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Support

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in executing operational plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Track operational timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups

Menu Management & Coordination

  • Assist with menu uploads to internal systems/platforms
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (kitchen, vendors, schools) to ensure menu accuracy and updates
  • Ensure timely updates and resolve basic operational issues related to menus

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in preparing basic reports, presentations, and coordination for campaigns

A&P / Creative Support

  • Assist the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) team with creative tasks, including:
  1. Basic video recording and photography
  2. Supporting content creation for marketing materials
  3. Coordinating simple design needs with internal or external designers
  • Help organize and manage creative assets (photos, videos, files)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in operations, marketing support, or coordination roles (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Familiarity with basic design or content tools is a plus
