Operations Executive (West)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Coordinating and streamlining Transitional Care Facility's projects operations

· Managing day-to-day operations, including maintenance, fire safety, housekeeping, and security, to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

· Ensuring the safety, well-being, and comprehensive care of clients during their recovery process by coordinating medical services, therapies, and activities

· Creating operational workflow strategies

· Support in developing and implementation of emergency response plans for patient and staff safety during unforeseen events

· Assessing risks, incidents, and implementing proactive solutions to enhance safety and reduce occurrences

· Ensuring high-quality services aligned with healthcare regulations, licensing, and quality standards

· Keeping accurate records of patient care, facility operations, and relevant information

· Preparing for clinical, service, and financial audits to ensure compliance and quality

· Gathering and comparing feedback between management and team members to improve workflow processes

· Liaising with various departments to ensure the TCF projects run smoothly

· Attending to patients or next-of-kin, to handle inquiries or complaints when needed

· Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers

· Proposing and implement innovative work-related processes

· Managing and overseeing the submission of claims and invoices for accounting and audit purposes

· Assist Management in the updating of staff training records, workflows and processes

· To be part of the duty rotation system.

· Provide proactive support as and when required by any team member for delivering of required service/ assistance

· Work with the Facilities and Operations Team to ensure that all SOPs are clearly communicated and consistently adhered to by all contractors

· Any Other duties as assigned by the reporting Supervisor and/or Management

REQUIREMENTS:

· Preferably a degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

· Candidates with no degrees may be considered based on experience.

· High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Ability to work on weekends and public holidays (rotating shift system)

· An effective team player and customer service-oriented personality
