Operations Manager

About the role

An experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing people, improving workflow efficiency, and driving business performance while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

· Oversee daily business and operational activities across departments

· Lead and manage operations staff to ensure productivity and efficiency

· Develop, implement and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and operational processes

· Monitor KPIs, operational performance, business targets and identify areas for improvement

· Coordinate with sales, inventory, warehouse, and installation and servicing teams

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

· Handle manpower planning, scheduling, and operational problem-solving

· Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction initiatives

· Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management

Key Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

· Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or operations experience

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

· Experience in process improvement and team management

· Experience in retail, renovation, home furnishing, or related industries is an advantage

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
