Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of air-conditioning and chiller systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and optimal energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations team responsible for aircon and chiller systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, NEA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and procurement of spare parts.
• Prepare operational reports, energy consumption analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Train and mentor technicians to uphold high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in HVAC, chiller plant operations, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of chiller systems, cooling towers, pumps, and air-handling units.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and green building standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
