OPERATIONS SECURITY SPECIALIST

This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command. The incumbent will be responsible for To serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and the primary point of contact to the Chief, Current Operations Division, managing the J3's operations security (OPSEC) program of U.S. Transportation Command's (USTRANSCOM) global operations.

As a OPERATIONS SECURITY SPECIALIST at the GS-0301-13 some of your typical work assignments may include: - Serve as the USTRANSCOM Operations Security (OPSEC) Program Manager (PM). Prepares, recommends, and manages execution of the command's OPSEC program. Develops long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones to evaluate the effectiveness of the OPSEC program throughout USTRANSCOM's area of responsibility.
