We are hiring operations manager to be outsourced to our clients
1 Year Contract Operations Manager – Securities Services (Bank)
- Executed trade processing activities for Equities, Fixed Income and Structured Products across the full transaction lifecycle
- Managed trade booking, validation and affirmation processes, ensuring accuracy and timely matching with counterparties
- Resolved trade exceptions and manual breaks arising from non-STP transactions to minimize settlement risk
- Ensured accurate release of settlement instructions and monitored timely settlement with counterparties and custodians
- Liaised with counterparties, custodians and trading desks to investigate and resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues
- Performed reconciliation and investigation of cash and position breaks related to securities transactions
- Monitored failed trades and drove timely follow-up actions to reduce settlement exposure and operational risk
- Conducted daily control and end-of-day operational checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of processing activities
- Supported User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, process improvements and platform upgrades
- Assisted with ad-hoc operational, reporting and project-related tasks as assigned by management
