As an Oracle Finance Functional Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Oracle Finance to support client engagements, providing insights and recommendations that drive business success. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to navigate complex situations, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate problems and maintaining professional standards, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial processes and recommending improvements using Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Managing finance transformation initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance financial reporting capabilities
- Implementing Oracle Acquire to Retire and Procure-to-Pay modules to streamline financial transactions and compliance
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making and budgetary management
- Developing financial models and forecasts to support business planning and investment analysis
- Presenting financial reports and advising on financial management strategies to stakeholders
- Collaborating with teams to embrace change and drive business process improvement in finance technology
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address regulatory authority compliance issues and financial risk management
- Supporting client engagements by applying accounting consulting skills and financial statement analysis
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
- Utilizing analytical thinking for financial forecasting and budgeting
- Managing finance transformation projects with a focus on process improvement
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
- Embracing change and innovation in financial management software solutions
