As an Oracle Finance Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to provide specialized consulting services within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve working with Oracle Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, and CM, helping clients optimize their financial processes and systems. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing financial data using Oracle Financials to support client decision-making processes
- Managing financial transactions and reporting through Oracle General Ledger and Oracle Receivables
- Implementing finance process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for strategic planning
- Supporting finance transformation initiatives by leveraging Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Developing financial models and forecasts to assist in budgetary management
- Presenting financial reports and findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Confirming compliance with regulatory authority requirements in financial reporting
- Collaborating with teams to drive business process improvement and financial system administration
- Utilizing analytical thinking to address complex financial challenges and propose solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
- Utilizing analytical thinking for finance process improvements
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends effectively
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and reporting
