Oracle HCM Analyst
You will join our Global Capability Center (GCC), supporting global HCM Operations for a multi-region organization. This role is designed to ensure consistent, high-quality support across regions to maintain the Oracle HCM platform.
As a HR Analyst, you will work closely with global HR teams to maintain system integrity, support employee data processes, and provide day-to-day system support within Oracle HCM. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in HR systems, global operations, and data management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Maintain workforce structures in Oracle HCM, including: Locations, Work Schedules, Departments, Organization Hierarchies)
- Provide first-level support to HR users across regions, including:
- Employee data updates and corrections
- Troubleshooting system issues
- Access and security-related queries
- Maintain and update Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and delegation rules to support global workflows
- Perform data reconciliations and validation checks to ensure data integrity
- Support mass data load activities, including template preparation and post-load validation
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Identify opportunities to standardize and improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR systems
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Strong Excel and data handling skills
- Willingness to work in a global delivery model
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support global stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic, process-driven environment.
