Order Processing Team Leader

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse including incoming, put away, pick/pack, supervising staff, documentation and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.

  • Leading warehouse assistants in daily operations.

  • Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.

  • Perform cycle count & investigate inventory discrepancies.

  • Support warehouse tasks including SAP system transactions.

  • Coordinate and collaborate within the team and with other departments.

Respond to order management and warehouse team to any changes related to all deliveries and warehouse operations.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma in any field

  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in warehouse operations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, WMS/SAP experience is an added advantage.

  • Must be willing to work overtime if required.

  • Possess a forklift license & able to operate reach truck/stacker.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
