OTC Trader

You will execute OTC trades timely and compliantly, monitor markets to identify trading opportunities, and use trading algorithms to hedge derivatives and execute client transactions. You will communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, conduct risk assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and help improve execution algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Execute OTC trades in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends and analyze trading opportunities
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate trading documentation and compliance records
• Conduct risk assessments and manage financial risk
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and solutions
• Utilize and monitor trading algorithms to hedge derivatives and execute transactions
• Enhance trading algorithms to optimize performance

Requirements

• 2-8 years of trading experience
• Preferably experience in cryptocurrency markets
• Solid understanding of options and financial derivatives
• Knowledge of options pricing, greeks and gamma hedging
• Experience trading diverse financial products using advanced trading algorithms
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle and manage financial risk
• Proficiency in Python and SQL appreciated but not required
• OTC trading experience appreciated but not required
