Terra Group is looking for an experienced and motivated FOH Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proactive, and capable of overseeing the Bar, Indoor Dining, and Runner teams while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily front-of-house operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting the management team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the Bar, Indoor Dining, and Runner teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff
• Monitor service quality and maintain operational standards
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower allocation
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Support management with daily reporting and operational duties

Job Requirements:
• Have supervisory experience in F&B or hospitality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is an advantage
