PA to Director

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Director.
  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle basic email correspondence and follow up on tasks when required.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and simple travel arrangements.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of documents (both electronic and physical).
  • Assist with data entry, simple research, and administrative duties.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and AI tools.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Posses a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Currently pursuing a Degree or Master are welcome to apply.
