PA to Director
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Director.
- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle basic email correspondence and follow up on tasks when required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and simple travel arrangements.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of documents (both electronic and physical).
- Assist with data entry, simple research, and administrative duties.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google and AI tools.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Posses a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Currently pursuing a Degree or Master are welcome to apply.
