Part Time Clerk, HR Compensation & Benefit Team

Job Description:

  • To provide clerical and administrative support to the team including compiling reports, administering personnel records, managing files and records systems, etc

  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records

  • Provide support to HR team to accomplish ad hoc assignments


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

  • Year 2 & Year 3 university students are preferable

  • Able to work independently and proactively

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing

  • Workday Day : Monday to Friday (3-4 days per week)

  • Working Hour : 09:00 - 18:00 (4-8hrs per day)

  • Immediate available is preferred
