Part Time School Admin (1 Year | Up to $2k)
Job Summary
Provide administrative and financial support to the school, including handling payments, managing student records, and assisting with daily operations such as inventory, counter duties, and documentation. Also support hostel administration and perform general duties as assigned by the Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support Administration Manager and School Admin team in daily operations
- Handle finance tasks such as payments, collections, and school accounts
- Update and manage student records (e.g. CCA/CIP achievements)
- Assist with administrative duties including inventory tracking, front counter support, committee work, and documentation
- Provide finance and admin support for hostel operations
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min GCE O level
- At least 5 years experience in administration

- Working Schedule: Mon & Wed (7am - 4.30pm), Fri (7am - 4pm)
- Salary: $2,000
