Part-time Workshop Bus Trainer

Responsibilities:

Technical Mentorship and Skills Transfer

• Experienced re-employed employees to train and guide newer employees, including Work-study Diploma (WSD) employees, facilitating knowledge transfer, and enhancing workforce capability

• Providing training, coaching and mentoring to our technicians

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Nitec
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience
• Good analytical skill
• Possess good sense of responsibility
• Able to commit 4 days’ workweek, 8.00am to 4.00pm / 9.00am to 5.00pm
• 1-year contract, part-time role
• Available workshops: Hougang / Bukit Batok / Ulu Pandan (Please indicate preferred choice of working location in resume)
