1. 0600-1530

2. 0700-1630

3. 1330-2300
   

As an F&B Agent/Server, you will support F&B operations at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong Baba Chews Restaurant ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Your Day-To-Day Job Responsibilities

• Conversed with guests in relation to the food and beverage products

• Upsell beverages and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations

• Promoting and selling cocktails to guests

• Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff

• Communicates to his / her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships

• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled

• Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled

• Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

• Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures

• Ensure Prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverage to the guest's tables

What We Need From You

• Valid Food & Hygiene Certificate
• Comfortable working with non-halal food
• Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
• A positive and keen to learn attitude.
