Partner Communications Manager

The Partner Communications Manager is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners, while upholding the integrity of the Apple brand. This role strategically leads marketing effectiveness through Apple's partner channels, influencing partner strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring impactful communications that resonate with customers. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of marketing communications experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand, focused on building brands and driving business results. Demonstrated ability to analyze partner businesses, marketing strategies, and consumer insights (B2C and B2B) to identify opportunities and develop effective communication strategies. Deep understanding of digital and social platforms (e-commerce, content, CRM, customer segmentation, personalized marketing techniques, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver compelling product experiences and drive customer lifecycle management and retention strategies. A track record in leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Preferred Qualifications Passion for great work, with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, build innovative communication plans, and develop great creative and integrated campaigns. Proven ability to thrive in cross-functional teams, build strong relationships, and confidently influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive results. Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced business degree.
