US Partner Communications Manager, Retail Lead
The US Partner Communications Manager, Retail Lead drives the development of innovative partner communications strategies and creative across all Apple products and services. It serves as a critical bridge between Apple's brand vision and partner marketing execution, ensuring alignment across global markets and channels.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years experience in international account management and/or strategy at a creatively-driven ad agency or in-house marketing communications firm, with a minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing teams
Expertise in brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results.
History of success working in cross-functional teams, building strong relationships, and confidently influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to delve deep into a product and service to understand the business and product strategy and consumer insights, to build a global communications strategy for partners
Skilled at analyzing a partner's business, marketing strategy, and consumer insights to identify challenges and uncover opportunities
Deep understanding of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver compelling product experiences throughout the customer journey
Experience working with creative teams, building and collaborating on great work
Comfortable thriving as part of a cross-functional team
An enthusiastic leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team toward shared goals
Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, build innovative communication plans, and develop great creative and integrated campaigns
