Partner Communications Manager

The Greater China Partner Communications Manager is responsible for empowering indirect channel partners to seamlessly integrate Apple-led campaigns, develop innovative, best-in-class communication plans featuring Apple products and services, champion flawless campaign execution and formulate precise, impactful marketing strategies focusing on one or two specific products. This role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams—both locally and internationally, internally and externally. Minimum Qualifications Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10+ years of experience in account management and/or strategy at a creatively-driven agency or in-house marketing communications team. Deep understanding of digital and offline platforms in China, providing guidance on the consumer O2O journey to drive platform and content innovations. Bachelor’s degree. Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience leveraging both digital platforms (social, CRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and physical platforms to deliver the most compelling product experiences throughout the customer journey. Passion and eagerness to drive thoughtful strategy, build innovative communication plans and develop great creative and integrated campaigns. An eye for great work, seeing potential and nourishing it, with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive that work forward. The analytical ability to delve deep into a partner’s business, marketing strategy and consumer insights, to understand challenges and find opportunities. The confidence and emotional intelligence to build rapport, establish credibility and influence across multiple stakeholders in a highly matrix-ed organization.
