Partner Lead, EMEA
You will define and execute regional partner strategy across EMEA, recruit and activate high-impact partners, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. You will lead co-sell motions, perform account mapping with sales, own partner-related revenue targets, develop executive relationships, and enable partners with the messaging, positioning, and use cases they need to sell successfully.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional partner strategy across EMEA
- Identify recruit and activate high-impact regional and global partners
- Establish scalable engagement models and joint value propositions
- Develop joint go-to-market plans to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Lead co-sell motions perform account mapping and accelerate opportunities with sales
- Own revenue targets tied to partner performance
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners
- Collaborate with partners to package offerings identify repeatable use cases and reference architectures
- Lead partner enablement to ensure technical sales and marketing readiness
Requirements
- 7+ years in business development partner management or sales roles at high growth tech companies
- Proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline from zero to multi-million-dollar impact
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies cloud infrastructure and AI development ecosystems
- Existing EMEA partner network including agencies GSIs hyperscalers and technology partners
- Experience driving co-sell motions and working closely with regional sales teams
- Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Highly collaborative action-oriented and motivated by exceeding growth targets
