Partner Solutions Specialist EMEIA - Cork

You will use your technical knowledge and partner facing skills to support business development teams in driving the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality in payment service provider and merchant E-Commerce channels. You will lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions for diverse partners, and provide consistent updates and communication to business leaders. You will inspire partners to create best in class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences, support partner technology implementations and new feature adoption, and provide technology guidance and product implementation best practices. You will optimise the customer payment journey in merchant and payment service provider E-Commerce channels. Minimum Qualifications • Experience working with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors • Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) / iOS development (Swift) • Experience debugging and troubleshooting software • Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate and overcome technical hurdles to drive adoption of technology • Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting a complex suite of products and/or services • Ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a broad audience • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. • Have a passion for outstanding user experience • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
