Partnerships Manager

The role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team in a Partnerships role, sitting at the intersection of commercial growth, partner enablement, and expansion.

You will be responsible for managing and growing our POS partner ecosystem, driving end-to-end integration programs, and enabling new payment methods and product capabilities across markets. In parallel, you will also help identify and execute go-to-market opportunities to expand our footprint across Southeast Asia.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales and Operations, and is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and partner management

What you’ll be driving:


Partner Management & Growth

  • Own relationships with key POS partners across the region. Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational matters

  • Drive joint business planning and partner engagement. Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities to deepen integration

  • Define and manage commercial models including revenue share, pricing, and incentives. Track partner-level performance and optimize for revenue growth

  • Oversee ongoing partner operations including revenue share tracking and payouts. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly settlements

Program Management

  • Lead end-to-end integration efforts with POS partners. Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver integrations

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure successful rollout of integration for different products (e.g. QR payments, Order & Pay, Softpos)

  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Operations and Product. Enable Sales teams with the right positioning and integration capabilities

Go-To-Market

  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities across Southeast Asia through POS partnerships and other distribution channels

  • Localize integration strategies based on market dynamics and regulatory requirements

  • Support GTM execution, including partner enablement, rollout planning, and early-stage performance tracking

Payment Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with payment partners to ensure all relevant payment methods are supported across markets

  • Ensure full alignment between partner capabilities, regulatory requirements, and internal product roadmap to support seamless payment acceptance. Work closely with internal Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to enable expansion of payment methods and new market launches

Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, and/or program management (preferably in fintech or SaaS)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners

  • Experience managing technical integrations or working closely with product/engineering teams

  • Commercial acumen with experience in structuring deals or revenue models

  • Highly organized with strong execution and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
