  • Designing and implementing individualised injury prevention, management and rehabilitation programs to support player performance and long-term development.

  • Coordinating player care across on-tour and off-tour environments, working closely with State and Territory performance staff.

  • Providing expert advice on player workload management and injury risk to coaches, selectors and performance teams.

  • Collaborating across Cricket Australia and State networks to ensure consistent, best-practice approaches to player health, monitoring and reporting.

  • Titled membership of the Australian College of Physiotherapists and/or recognised Strength & Conditioning credentials (desirable)

  • Demonstrated experience planning, monitoring and adjusting player workloads as part of an integrated high-performance team

  • Strong ability to build relationships, collaborate across disciplines and influence without direct authority

  • Experience working in cricket or sports with similar physical and workload demands (desirable)

  • Ability to work effectively across geographically dispersed, federated performance environments (desirable)
