Payroll Analyst
Roles and Responsibility
- Candidate will be responsible for data entry Payroll
- Daily review of HR changes, including validation of new hires, terminations, rate changes, W-4 and Direct Deposit data and the impact of changes to employee pay and taxation
- Calculate retro-active pay
- Create and upload payment files
- Process and balance payroll entries
- Call & Case resolution for all customer inquiries
- Assist during year end W2 processing
- Assist Timekeeping on reviewing and documenting processes
Qualification
- 7-10 years of functional payroll experience including data entry, tax reporting, and accounting is required.
- Must have a highly collaborative work style, the ability to anticipate problems, proactively deal with difficult situations and communicate appropriately with all levels of stakeholders.
- Must have strong organizational, problem-solving and closure skills; strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated interpersonal skills with different stakeholders and levels of professionals and management.
