Payroll Executive - Tersane İstanbul

  • Managing all end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, overtime pay, leave, incentives, and all legal payroll components.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Maintaining and continuously improving the operation of HR systems;
  • Supporting the implementation of new HR Information Systems (HRIS) modules and digital HR processes
  • Ensuring compliance with the Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK) procedures, and payroll legislation
  • Preparing documents for internal and external audits
  • Collaborating closely with HR teams, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 6 years of experience in payroll, HR reporting, and/or HR systems
  • Strong knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law, SGK practices, incentives, and related legislation
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, especially HRWEB and Passgage
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
