Payroll Specialist
Role Purpose
This is a hybrid HR Operations role covering Singapore, Taiwan payroll, recruitment, employee administration, statutory coordination, and regional payroll governance for other countries where applicable.
Required Experience
- 4–8 years of HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Generalist experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Singapore, Taiwan payroll and employment administration.
- Familiar with Singapore, Taiwan employment law, labour inspection documents, payroll calculation, attendance/overtime records, leave management, and employee registration processes.
- Experience coordinating regional payroll for Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, or other Asia markets is preferred.
- Able to work with payroll vendors, HRIS systems, Finance, Legal, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Careful with numbers, documentation, deadlines, and compliance evidence.
