PERM | Maintenance & Facilities Technician | Up to $3200 #NKA

Location: Changi Airport Terminals/Tampines

Working Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm (5-day work week), occasional overnight duties with off-in-lieu.

Salary: Up to $3200

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for 18 retail outlets and 2 corporate offices.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and other facility-related issues.
• Ensure proper upkeep, housekeeping, safety, and security of facilities and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of fixtures and facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors to ensure maintenance works are completed to required standards.
• Investigate equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support installation and maintenance of LED lighting, display panels, POP and in-store promotional materials.
• Monitor daily safety activities and ensure compliance with risk assessment and safety requirements.
• Process maintenance-related purchases, service requests, and approvals.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of maintenance/facilities experience, preferably in office or retail environments.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible and willing to support occasional overnight maintenance works.
• Valid FSM certificate is an advantage.
