Personal Assistant
Job Description:
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone calls, emails
• Managing calendar and organising meetings and appointments
• Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Data entry, file organisation, submission of transactions & other admin tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks when required
Job Requirements:
• Minimum academic qualifications of a full-time Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hard-working, good organization & scheduling
• No experience is welcome
