Assistant Admin Executive
Job Scope:
- To be involved in Account Receivables operations which includes generating invoices, submitting e-invoices at Vendor@Gov or corporate portals, preparing receipts
- Addressing inquiries from Schools and Departments and /or customers
- Handling any other tasks that mayarise during the process.
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in business/administration/finance/management or related
- At least 1 to 3 years of work experience
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Contract Period: 11 months (estimated: 1 July 2026 to 31 May 2027)
Salary: $2400-$3000/month (depending on qualifications and experience)
