As a Personal Assistant, the primary role will be to provide best-in-class executive support, which involves a wide variety of critical duties to ensure smooth and seamless business processes.

Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

  • To provide general administrative support and personal assistance to the CEO.

  • To act as the initial point of contact for the CEO & the Executive Leaders, assessing priorities and coordinating the day-to-day requests as necessary.

  • To manage the CEO’s diary and appointments, ensuring effective use of time and preparation of papers and information in advance.

  • Prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including sensitive or confidential ones. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

  • To perform general administration tasks, including handling all official correspondence and making travel arrangements.

  • To prepare and/or draft correspondence for the CEO, as required.

  • To manage electronic and paper-based filing systems.

  • Overseeing office management duties.

  • To organize internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging accommodation, restaurant/food recommendations, and taking minutes as required.

  • To ensure departmental deadlines are met for corporate activities.

  • Assist with personal errands as required.

Knowledge

  • Qualification: High School or Diploma Holder or equivalent

  • Experience: 6-10 years of relevant personal assistant experience
